Field Meters
Good Audit tool to determine charge generators, test functionality of ionizers and a good training tool
"An electrostatic field sensing instrument would now indicate an electrical field emanating from the surface of each charged material. If we scanned Material "A" with an electrostatic field meter, the instrument would see a positive (+) field indicating the loss of electrons. The opposite would be true of Material "B" because it gained electrons. The meter would indicate a negative (-) field from Material "B"." (ESD Handbook TR20.20)
